summary The article develops a reflection on the different stages of information (data) in the relations of mediation between ‘individual interpreter’ and ‘information systems’, and the agency of the processes of perception, interpretation and clarification. The goal was to identify, understand and describe how ‘information systems’ enact the different stages of articulation of ‘information’, from “propensity” to ‘concatenation’, and from ‘critical’ to the ‘action’. Tests and analysis of the effects of ‘information systems’ were observed in ‘narrative accounts’ of ‘individual interpreter’. However, the conclusion is that the social conformation of ‘strategies for obtaining information’ prevails on the properties of ‘information system’.

summary This article search to describe how correlation levels between subject, information system and represented phenomena define representational models which may be used to enhance phenomena understanding, with aid of resilience representational models. The main work aim is to identify how representational models can be used to enhance resilience behaviour of information systems. Only dynamic information systems seems to show fair resilient behaviour, especially when they approach cognitive process reproduction realized by subject. Resilience in “information systems” emulate thinking object and thinking process.

summary This article discusses existing resilience level of “dynamic Information Systems” related to “relation models” adopted by main theoretical authors at Design Information field. The main work objective was to recognize and to relate “relation models” with resilience levels. These models has exhibited, on development of “dynamic information systems”, emphasis in producer subject principles over interpreter subject requests. However, factors resulting of “relation models” help to arise a set of resilience attributes that may be used to develop systems with higher resilience level.
