summary This paper presents and discusses the research, design and construction of the urban furniture "Trançado", permanently located at Largo da Batata, a public space in S?o Paulo, Brazil. The project was accomplished using computational design processes as parametric modeling and digital fabrication of prototypes. Stakeholders from different areas were involved: professionals, organizations and citizens. The article contributes discussing and describing the technical features. Above all, it produces inputs for reflection and progress of the application of computational design in architecture.

summary This paper presents the development and results of some interventions in urban spaces using a specific set of computer interfaces, i.e., the tangible interfaces of digital graffiti implemented during cultural activities carried out as part of the Hybrid Territories project: digital media, communities, and cultural activities developed by Nomads.usp, University of São Paulo. It consists of events that aim to explore the creation of hybridisms in urban fragments so as to enrich them in multiple ways, but mainly from a sociocultural perspective.

summary This paper treats the technology to generate point clouds from photographs, more known as Dense Stereo Matching (DSM) or Structure from Motion (SfM), among other terminologies. The article presents the concepts, basic principles and architectural survey phases with DSM: planning, data acquisition, processing and post-processing to obtain other products from point cloud data. Then, we present several existing software for DSM, classified in three categories: web-based tools, free software/opensource and commercial software. Finally, we discuss the potentialities of this new technologies for architectural documentation and compare DSM with 3D laser scanning.

summary The interactivity presumes behavior action events exercised mutually between machines, between digital information and persons, between two or more persons, machines and digital information in real time. Nelson Max presented in Paris the first interactive landscape in 1983. The pioneer of scientific image was Ivan Sutherland, researcher of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Another fundamental reference is Sonia Sheridan that invented a system where the user could modify the original image and visualize the result in real time. In Brazil, as well as in the outside, artists in assembly with scientists, see developing works computacionais with resorts of immersion and interatividade. Like this, in that search of new references, the text presents initially the main concepts about interactive virtual art and analyzes two important expositions: Emoção Art.Ficial 2.0 and Maior ou igual a 4D: computer art interactive. summary This article relates a teaching experience in the discipline “InfoAU II” at the CAU/UFPE/Brasil. One of the objectives is, working with the students, reflecting about the design as a multidisciplinary knowledge integration process. The other one is opening a discussion about the importance in the Information management in the process of design teaching in Architecture, Urbanism and Landscaping within digital environments. The methodology involves a construction of  mind maps on paper and digital format (using the software Prezi) as a tool for registration of design process, which it shows the requirement to get deeply in seeking methodologies and tools for a reflexive design teaching.

As result, (i) it is joined computer technology to architecture; (ii) competitiveness is added to the companies of civil building construction; and (iii) it offers better life quality for the population.
