Personal Mobile Device for Situated Interaction
CAADRIA 2005 [Proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Computer Aided Architectural Design Research in Asia / ISBN 89-7141-648-3] New Delhi (India) 28-30 April 2005, vol. 2, pp. 382-387
The objective of the paper is to explore how the personal mobile devices help the user to interact with the space and get the personal service. We embed the RFID tag in PDA for the sake of identifying by the space. The space adapts itself to fit the userís need by reading the data of the electronic tag. And the user uses PDA to interact with the space and record the interactive experience. We establish an interactive scenario between the user and the space to experiment how the system work.
