summary The computers changed in dramatic form the way in which the information spreads. The low cost of the personal computers, along with the development of Internet allows that the educative community is interconnected, with limitless access to the information what increases the administrative productivity , and modifying the process of education-learning in one interactive colaborative and, focused in the student.
