Due to availability and the production costs of current fabrication methods, fiber reinforced composites are used primarily in specialized fields with limited applications in architecture. The aim of the research is to present an exploration in low-tech fabrication techniques in conjunction with geometrical optimization of a large-scale typology within extreme environmental conditions. |
