The generative grammar is described for urban structures and public housing for government workers constructed during the late 1960s and 1970s in Tsukuba Science City, selected as the case study area. A landscape simulation system for ongoing redevelopment projects based on this grammar is developed with ArcGIS and CityEngine, and the configuration of the city landscape is clarified. |
