This paper presents a visual model to increase visualization and efficiency when working with parametric models. The formalistic model allows to visually track all possible variations of parameters in a logical structure showing all design variations at once. The paper introduces background information on typical arrangements of parametric modeling instances showing their limitations; presents the formalistic model for logical arrangement in multidimensional structures showing its advantages; and discusses an example of the application of the formalistic model showing a logical arrangements of designs in a hypercube matrix. |
