summary	At the heart of the proposed model lies the eyesight frequency theory, according to which in the visual analyser of the higher animals and people the image projected on the retina undergoes Fourier analysis: where are two-dimensional periodic trigonometrical functions. On the analysis of the dynamic images we suppose that factors are the functions of time.
