summary |
The present paper describes two similar experiences in the setting up of digital fabrication laboratories in architectural schools and the introduction of such techniques in the schools curriculum, with the aim of answering the following questions: how long – and how much – does it take to incorporate these new technologies in a traditional architectural course? Both experiences were held in Portuguese-speaking countries, but within very different economic and cultural contexts (Europe and South-America). |
