This article describes an initial stage of development of a computer system aimed at helping undergraduate students to understand behaviour and processes occurring in construction elements. The system can be seen as an interactive book presenting and familiarising students with real laboratory tests. Apart from concentrating on the development, authors offered an overview of various computer systems so-far used in undergraduate engineering education. At the end of the article first comments and conclusions are presented. |
