The thermal comfort of a built environment in question and the energy efficiency of the building providing the built environment is one of the aspects that plays an important role in the decision making in architectural design. However, it is not easy to deal with the interaction between a built environment and actions of occupants that change the environment in a conventional way of architectural environment simulation. Focusing on the interaction, the authors propose a method of mediating programs, which evaluate the quality of a building or simulate the performance from different aspects, in a Mobile Agent Oriented Community, so as to compose a module of the design support system. |
