summary |
This paper addresses the issue about the geometrical properties and physical measures of the pyramids that Le Corbusier planned
throughout his career; while approaching these bodies through his drawings and perspectives. This aims to decipher the objective
role of mathematics, and the subjectivity of the visual-perceptive in his approach to the design process. Le Corbusier, one of the
greatest masters of modern architecture, still uses the classical perspective as a tool that allows him to express the pictorial nature of
his compositions and to demonstrate his aspirations about shape. |
