summary |
One of the greatest challenges in the BIM dissemination is the consolidation of its use by the public authorities. In Brazil, a series of actions have been taken, such as the National Strategy for the BIM Dissemination. These actions have intensified the pressure for the implementation of BIM in public authorities at the federal, state and municipal levels. In the State of Pernambuco a partnership between the Federal University of Pernambuco and the State Government led to the creation of a strategy to encourage innovation in the public sector. Among the projects is the creation of BIM Implementation Plans in the public sector. This paper presents the first steps of implementation, which consist of formulating a diagnosis of the public sector. The results, still preliminary, show the importance of understanding the organization before proposing any action in favor of BIM implementation. |
