summary |
Starting from the need for assistive technologies and resources for children with atypical development, this article aimed to evaluate the application of a set of teaching materials, co-created for elementary school children, made through digital fabrication by architects, presenting the application in the school environment of the first workshops with teachers who work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. To this end, a literature review was carried out on Codesign, Autism Spectrum Disorder, assistive technologies and educational toys. It also presented the relationships between the design process and the children's learning process. The research was divided into stages of bibliographic review, field research through interviews, and action research with teachers. At the end of this work, we hope to understand the concepts and teaching approaches for children with ASD, and with this, evaluate whether it is possible to create an equitable and effective school environment, stimulating the maker culture. |
