summary The aim of this work is to develop a method for analyzing a city watershed using parametric algorithms that respond to urban data, combined with dynamic spatial modeling of the urbanization phenomenon. This study focuses on urban complexity through the lens of dynamic systems, methodology employs City Information Modeling (CIM) and Landscape Information Modeling (LIM), utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Also, four indicators were developed to classify and analyze a specific area. The results highlight distinct patterns of urban growth, distribution of green spaces, and occupancy configurations, demonstrating the utility of the proposed model in strategic urban planning information. The contribution emphasizes the critical importance of incorporating environmental variables in urban policy formulation and suggests future integrations of topographic and hydrological data to enhance modeling and planning decisions.
