summary This study explores the integration of Augmented Reality (AR)-enabled production/assembly processes and digital fabrication techniques with reclaimed materials. The case studies introduce augmented production methods in the context of recent advancements in circular construction and regenerative design. By examining the capacities of these methods, this research addresses the expanded construction possibilities afforded by non-standard and reclaimed materials. Building on the integration of AR-enabled production/assembly processes and digital fabrication, including robotic milling and 3D printing with reclaimed materials, this paper explores practical applications through three case studies. Each project develops an augmented fabrication workflow tailored to reclaimed materials, ranging from robotically modified reused wooden elements to wooden bricks cut with an AR-equipped bevel sliding miter saw, and reclaimed paper tubes connected by 3D-printed joints in recycled wooden filament. The paper discusses the methodologies applied and the specifics of the one-to-one scale prototypes presented.
